BE THERE 360 Photography participates in Charity Event
We were proud to be part of the Charity Fundraiser for South Brevard Sharing Center. The awesome event was sponsored by the folks at Coldwell Banker Paradise. My good friends Jerry Payne and Tony Scaramouche asked me to photograph the event. It was a real pleasure to be part of and I thoroughly enjoyed the generous people that supported the Children without Christmas cause.

More Bang for your Buck!
Effective December first we are adjusting the Pro SlideTour Deluxe packages to accommodate larger homes and give you a price break. Several months ago we adopted a pricing model based on the square footage of the property being photographed. We are tweaking this a bit to give you a better deal on the smaller and mid-sized properties.

New Virtual Tour Update Capability
We recognize that our clients prefer to use the BE THERE 360 Photography when creating their new MLS. The advantage here is that your initial MLS Hotsheet entry includes all of the professional images! The downside of this process is that some of the information that we include in the Virtual Tour such as the description and MLS number is not yet available. Until now we have not always been able to include the VT at the initial posting on the MLS. In order to get the additional information we have had to follow up through emails and phone calls to get the data. We think we have a good remedy for this issue. We have created a temporary generic VT. We will supply this with the photos so that you can enter the images AND VT from the beginning. This tour will be the same as the final tour except it will not include the property specific information such as MLS number, description, square footage etc. Once the information is available the cient can go to our website and click on our new "Virtual Tour Update" tab on the Order Menu. Fill in the appropriate fields, submit, and we take care of the rest! There will be no need to change links. They will remain constant throughout the process. We thinks this will drastically improve the process and eliminate the need for extra emails and phone calls.
Photos Only Adjustment
Unfortunately the cost of transportation (GAS!!!) has forced us to adjust our basic Photos Only package. This is our least used package so it should not impact very many people but we must raise the price of this package from $75 to $100. This will take effect January 1, 2012.
