Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise stipulated in writing the following Terms and Conditions are in effect.

BE THERE 360 has incorporated a Credit Card Instant Payment system.  This is our preferred and recommended payment method.  No photography or Virtual Tours will be released until payment is received.  For immediate access to your photos and Virtual Tours, please take advantage of this payment method.

All photos taken by BE THERE 360 and all Virtual Tours created by BE THERE 360 are the sole property of BE THERE 360. All rights reserved. Under no circumstances can the licensee re-sell, give away or otherwise distribute the photographs or Virtual Tours.

Real Estate Agents and Brokers
When purchasing one of our Virtual Tours the purchaser (licensee) is buying a license to use the Photography, Virtual Tour and hosting service for the duration of the purchaser's property listing. This period is for a maximum of 1 year. BE THERE 360 will keep the Virtual Tour online until the property sells or until the listing expires or is withdrawn from the market. The licensee may use the photographs (both online and those provided on CD) to create flyers and brochures during the same period. All photography and Virtual Tours remain the property of BE THERE 360 Photography, LLC.
